Satisfaction Guarantee

All products that we sell carry our complete guarantee of satisfaction. We sell only new merchandise. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, return it within the guideline set forth below:
  1. The item is in its original packaging, which must be in new, sellable condition.
  2. The item has not been used.
  3. All paperwork, parts, instructions, etc. included in original packaging.
  4. The product was purchased within 30 days of original invoice.
  5. A Copy of the original invoice.

 We will gladly give you an exchange or refund (excluding freight), whichever you prefer. If you are dissatisfied, please call Customer Service at 215-230-0386, or email Info@Q-Pet.com. We want to make it right!

Q-Pet will not be held responsible for manufacturers warranties. This guarantee covers the condition of your purchase when received. If your purchase should happen to be damaged upon delivery you can contact our customer service support line at 215-230-0386 or via email info@q-pet.com. Please retain receipt/order form for proof of purchase.
